What do you mean by size?

If you want the dimensions of the room that have that floor area, then assuming a rectangular room, they can be almost any size you want as long as the length x width = 100 sq ft, for example:

10 ft x 10 ft

5 ft x 20 ft

2 ft x 50 ft

1 ft x 100 ft

1/2 ft (= 6 in) x 200 ft

1/4 ft (=3 in) x 400 ft

They all have a floor area of 100 sq ft (though the latter examples above are very odd rooms)

For other shaped rooms, eg octagonal, the dimensions will be different.

When it comes to volume of the room, that would depend upon the height of the room which would depend on the building in which it is (and where in that building) - our house has rooms that are about 11 ft high and others that are about 8 ft high and others that are about 6 ft 6 in high.
