Whenever you see zeroes at the ends you just take them away and multiply the other numbers and put the zeroes back.
Like in 70 x 1400 got 1 zero of 70 and 2 zeroes of 1400 so you get 1+2 = 3 zeroes. [ 000 ] *In my storage*
Then you solve 7 x 14 = 98 and put the 3 zeroes i had in my memory.
So
70 * 1400 = 98000
