There are complicated ways of answering this question using common multiples and so forth. If you only want to know which one is bigger but nothing else there is a very simple method. Remember the order of the two fractions.

Multiply the numerator (top) of the first number by the denominator (bottom) of the second - so 5*5 = 25.

Multiply the numerator of the second number by the denominator of the second - so 4*8 = 32.

The second of these is bigger, so the second fraction is bigger.
