2 and 2 5ths... its really not that hard...
One and a 1/3
18*2/3 = 12
2/3 of 75 = 75*2/3 = 50
This question is in my comparing bits and pieces pearson math book. so 1 2/3 4 each person. To do this you have to cut the gummies into 5ths (put this in bold) and then cut each piece into 3rds. continue this patter: full in one then fill in 2/3rds of the other. i might be incorrect though
2/3 - 3/5 = 1/15 2/3 = 10/15 3/5 = 9/15 10/15 - 9/15 = 1/15
2 and 2 5ths... its really not that hard...
3 and 2 5ths as a fraction = 3 2/5 or 17/5
One and a 1/3
6 2/3 - 2 2/3 = 4
7/3 = 2 and 1/3
4 and 2 5ths = 22/5 2 and 3 5ths = 13/5 22/5 + 13/5 = 35/5 = 7/1 = 7
12/5
(3 + (1 / 3)) * (2 / 3) = 20/9 It is 20 3rds.
(2 +1/3rd) + (2/3rds) = 2 + (3/3rds) = 2 + 1 = 3
(2 ÷ 5) × 3 = 1.2
2/3rds
