The top three names are usually considered to be Archimedes, Newton, Gauss (in historical order).
Some more are
Euclid, Fermat, Leibniz, the Bernoulli family, Euler, Laplace, Lagrange, Weierstrass, Hilbert, Noether, von Neumann.
