Why are there only 5 fridays saturdays Sundays in October every 823 years-seems like to me if there's always 31 days in October then- if Oct 1st is a Friday then the 5 weekend days would occur?

Actually - the NEXT occurrence will be in 2021 - which is only eleven years away, and 2032 ! The days & dates in the calendar repeat every 11 years. Have a look in your Windows calendar !
