There are different scheduling mechanisms that RTOSes can use to be deterministic. The most common is preemptive scheduling. In this model, each task has a relative priority. The highest priority task that is ready to run gets control of the processor. This is what provides deterministic behavior. When no task is ready to run the system will go to the idle loop. An RTOS is simply a tool to acheive a deterministic system. It is up to the developer to build a system that is capable of meeting its deadlines. A poorly designed system can encounter situations where important tasks do not get processor time because a higher priority task has not released.
There is really no way to determine who the "dumbest" Miss Universe is. There are many factors which determine intelligence, and many researchers have attempted to define it. Intelligence includes perception, consciousness, self-awareness, and volition. You could look at IQ scores, test scores, ability to communicate, social behavior, but you still wouldn't have the total package.

rewards encourage them to have good behavior. punishments help correct their bad behavior.
Step 1:) Identify performance behaviors. Step 2:) Determine best rate of performance. Step 3:) Identify existing contingencies. Step 4.) Select an intervention strategy. Step 5.) Evaluate the results.
He says that Othello's behavior is normally much worse than that.
The end behavior of a function is how the function acts as it approaches infinity and negative infinity. All even functions such as x^2 approach infinity in the y-axis as x approaches infinity and odd functions such as x^3 approach positive infinity in the y- axis as x approaches positive infinity and negative infinity in the y- axis as x approaches negative infinity. If their is a negative leading coefficient then it is just flipped.
Insight therapists?æassume that people's disordered behavior is caused by their inability to determine what motivates them. Behavior therapists assume that people with disordered behavior can determine what motivates them and will change their behavior for those rewards.?æ

I don't personally think a pet's name can determine it's behavior. Let's say for instance i have 2 dogs and I named 1 Zoe and 1 Katniss the names would not determine their behavior your attitude t ward's your pets and how you train them to respond to things.
Habitual behavior is behavior that you do regularly and routinely. The behavior is comfortable and rewarding so it is easy for people to repeat it. A change in a situation or a cue typically starts the behavior.

Sigmund Freud believed that human behavior is governed by the unconscious mind.Human sexual behavior is a complex mix of subconscious urges, human instinct, cultural expectations and individual upbringing. Which of these dominates behavior in any given situation depends on the variables linked to the situation.
