Definitely not. When that test was made up, 100 was supposed to mean exactly average for your age.

A lot of people have a lot of doubts and questions about the whole idea of IQ testing, so it's definitely

not something you should spend a lot of time worrying about. But if it did work exactly the way it was

supposed to work, then 103 at any age would mean that about 49% of the people of your same age

have a higher IQ than you, and about 51% of them have a lower IQ.

Maybe the test means something and maybe it doesn't. But there's one thing I can definitely promise you:

A lot of very rich, very important, very successful, and very famous people have IQs that are lower than 103 !

Is 108 in an IQ test good or bad for a 31 year old male?

An IQ score of 108 is considered average, falling within the range of 85-115. It is neither particularly good nor bad, but rather represents a typical level of cognitive ability for a 31 year old male. IQ scores are just one measure of intelligence and don't provide a complete picture of an individual's abilities.

What is Kaufman Adolescent and Adult Intelligence Test?

The Kaufman Adolescent and Adult Intelligence Test (KAIT) is an intelligence test designed to assess intellectual functioning in individuals aged 11 to 85 years old. It measures verbal and nonverbal cognitive abilities across a wide range of areas, such as fluid reasoning, knowledge, quantitative reasoning, visual-spatial processing, and working memory. The KAIT is useful for identifying cognitive strengths and weaknesses, diagnosing learning disabilities, and informing educational and intervention planning.

Are there separate IQ tests for different age groups?

Yes there are separate IQ tests for different age groups. Very young children will be given a different I.Q. test than a child of school age, the younger the child the less reliable the I.Q. test. Once entering adulthood (16+) another test will be used. The scores one gets on a test are not directly comparable to people of a different age, for example: If a 16 year old got an I.Q. test score of 110, and a 25 year old also scored 110, this does not mean they scored equally on the test. If the 25 year old were to have answered all questions exactly as the 16 year old did, they would have gotten a much lower score than the 16 year old. This is because, even in the same test, people are compared to others of the same age group, not all takers of the test. The mostly commonly used tests for school aged children is the WISC (Wechsler Intelligence scale for children) and for adults it is the WAIS (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale).
