A ganta is a unit of volume, not weight. So the number of kilos depends on how heavy they substance is that you are measuring. In the Philippines, things like coconut wine is measured and sold in gantas, which are about 2.4 litres. Rice is also sold in gantas in some places. If you can figure out how much 2.4 litres of rice weighs, you would hve an answer to your question -- at least for rice!
