It normally depends on the concentration of Heparin p/ volume but the general rule is :

100 units = 1mL

Therefore, 5000 / 100 = 50 mL's

That sounds like a lot of Heparin to give someone, double check the volume of Heparin p/ mL before you administer a dose to yourself or anyone else!
