Too bad that's not a question you should have included the part about calculating the mechanical advantage. :P
The only way you can do this that I am aware of, is to by an after market pully for the vehicle, you have to unplug and remove the A?C compressor, and bolt the new pully/bracket to the engine blok in place of the compressor.

bottom left, next to the tension pully. must remove gravel shield to access
Check the harmonic balancer they had problems with the rubber insert going bad and causing the symptoms you are describing

wrap the belt around the pully to hold pully still
A pully is something that has a pully circle and you can just pull on it to make the object move but if the object is heaver then you you need to put a movable pully so it is easier
