It is not possible to convert a measure of digital storage into time (or angle). For example, I have Adobe files which are several 100 KB in size, but there is no logical way in which I could assign a time to them.

If you want the playback time for music or movies, it varies a lot depending on what exactly you are talking about, the quality, and in the case of movies, the size. For example: a typical high-quality MP3 file (music) takes about a million byte for every minute of music - but in a low-quality MP3 file you can have several minutes for the same million bytes.
