well first of all I hope you know that doesn't go in evenly it will be 21.6666666 . . . and so on goes the 6's but it does equal 21 and 2/3 so the only way to really check this is by multiplying 21.66 by 3 which equals 64.98 if you want to get closer you can add more sixes on the end and then multiply but it is usually close enough to say that 64.98=65
