Add some zeros

Add zeros when converting billions to millions.

Deduct zeros when converting from millions to billions

In America strike "000" from the number (divide by thousand)

In Europe strike "000000" from the number (divide by a million) you convert thousand into billion by multiplying by 1,000,000 because 1,000,000,000 (a billion) is 10^9 and 1,000 (one thousand) is 10^3 thus 9-3=6 10^6=1,000,000 (a million) also 1,000,000*1,000=1,000,000,000
