6x and 5 x have common variables so you add them together and because there is no number definig what the variables stand for the answer would simply be

11x - 8 the answer to you're problem is "X" is divided by "5" and "12" is divided by "5" also soo the answer is X = 3 because you didn't add "4" to the = okay i am just a 1st year in high school but i can still answer it
