Not homework. Constructing a sewing pattern. I can freehand the arc in question with my eyes closed with enough accuracy that this question is a moot point within the scope of sewing. However, the fact I'm having difficulty figuring it out /exactly/ is driving me nuts. On a horizontal line create points A & B such that AB is 6" Draw point C below the horizontal line such that ∠ABC is 105º and BC is 1" Draw a circle with a radius of 2.5" centered on point C From this point, what construction sequence would you use to draw a circle that is tangent to the circle centered on C, and whose own center lies exactly on the vertical line going through point A (to the end that it's northern quadrant lies at exactly point A)
