It depends on the speed limits and how fast you drive. Traffic is also a big factor. And you have to stop for fuel and rest rooms.

AAA usually figures 50 miles an hour for interstate driving. Which would be about 300 miles.

If you have no traffic and are on the interstates, you could actually do about 400 miles in 6 hours and not break the speed limit of 70 miles an hour..
