i have a 2002 Honda accord, and my manual says 105,000 miles.... but, i am at 101,000 miles and about to get mine done in the next two weeks b/c i am paranoid-- it will completely screw up your engine if the timing belt breaks. my advice is, if you are anywhere near 105K miles then i would get it replaced ASAP.

You don't have to but it is the smart thing to do. This will save you labor cost down the road. The only real extra cost will be the price of the pump and about 1 hour labor. At 105k the pump can go out at any time so why not just replace it now.
According to Honda, 105k miles. The maintenance schedule is at the link below. http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/OM/OD0101/OD0101O00236A.pdf
Technically 105K miles - but most belt manufacturers recommend between 60K - 70k miles. I would go with the belt maker over Chryslers recommendation.
