1st answer: 2.5 mill equals a table spoon. even i know that and im failing science! (hehe)

2nd answer: 1 US tablespoon has just under 15 (14.7867648) milliliters in it. So, you can take the amount of milliliters and divide by 15 to get the approximate number of tablespoons.
