Cubic feet is a measure of volume.

Pounds is a measure of weight.

There are not comparable or convertible units unless you specify what kind of substance or object you're talking about.

The weight of food in one cubic foot can vary depending on the type and density of the food. On average, one cubic foot of food may weigh around 45-55 pounds for solid foods like rice, flour, or sugar, while for more lightweight foods like popcorn or cereal, the weight may be closer to 20-25 pounds.

Impossible to tell unless we know how many grams of what substance and can then determine its density. Grams is a measure of mass. Cubic feet is a measure of volume. mass=(volume)(density)=(volume)(mass/volume) where the units of volume and density are consistent, e.g. gms/ml, kg/m3 and cubic feet is expressed in the equivalent number of ml or m3.

It depends what you are measuring. The density (weight per volume) changes with each material.

Air density is approximately 0.075 pounds per cubic foot, so 0.8 cubic feet of air would equal 0.06 pounds.

Water density is approximately 62.4 pounds per cubic foot, so 0.8 cubic feet of water would equal 49.94 pounds.

That would also depend on the density of the food. Some foods are heavier than others.

There can be no equivalence. A pound is a measure of mass whereas a cubic foot is a measure of volume in 3-dimensional space. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed. Consider a cubic foot of air. How many pounds? Next consider a cubic foot of lead. How many pounds?

A cubic foot is a unit of volume. A pound is a unit of mass. The two units are therefore incompatible.

You're not comparing like with like. Pounds are a unit of weight, cubic feet of volume, so there is no direct relationship between the two.

Feet is a measure of distance while pounds is a measure of weight. There is no conversion! You could argue that 8 cubic feet equals 0 pounds.

A cubic foot of what? A cubic foot of feathers is much less than a cubic foot of lead. A cubic foot of water weighs 62.4 lbs per cubic foot. Portland cement weighs 94 lbs per cubic foot.
