Well, let's take a look at our trusty ruler here. Find the inch mark that comes after 0.12 but before 0.14. That's where you'll see 0.13 inches - right in between those two marks. Remember, every little measurement is a step towards creating your beautiful masterpiece!

To show 0.13 inches on a ruler, locate the inch mark labeled "0" at the beginning of the ruler. Each inch is divided into 16 equal parts on a standard ruler, so you would count 13 of these smaller divisions from the inch mark. The 13th division represents 0.13 inches on the ruler.

It would be difficult. The smallest distance on most rulers is 0.1 inch. Some rulers do show 1/16 inch (=0.066..) and two of these units would be 0.133... inch. Near 0.13 but not quite.
