# what is 12 times 3?

36 36 since in addition if you don't know multiplication yet you can simply just add 12 + 12 which is equal to 24 and 24 + 12 is equal to 36 since your taking 12 multiplied 3 times so you can add 12 3 times to get 36 .

12 times 3 = 36 Ok, kiddo, final answer, and I hope I won't be mean.

36, if your 8 years old or below I'll let you pass. But if you are 9 and up, sorry kiddo, should probably go and learn your multiplication from 1 to 12 or 13. im older than 8 or 9 or 10 or 11
Jysaiah I'm 15 years old, so i'm not 8 or 9. But I do know my multiplication because i'm in high school

36 it is on every times table or you could look it up. 12 times 3 = 36 or if its a equivalent problem 6 times 6= 36 The answer is 36 because if you do 12+12+12, that is the same as 12x3 or you could just multiply it?

12x3?

Well, I can explain it easily.

12 = 10 + 2

10x3=30

2x3=6

30+6=36

Pretty easy right? ya but that's longer for the kid to solve. I go for quick easy math. All I do is think about food. If I have 3 apples in 12 rows, how many do I get in all. Ya easy, 36

Eh.... Calculator? Or any (normal) random person! Maybe they don't have a calculator.
Maybe they just don't know how to use one. Or maybe they're just 7 years old or 8

What is 12 times 3?

12 x 3 = 36

If you look at the times table/calculator you could see. :> 36, just add 12 three times and you'll receive 36. Or if you know all your multiplication from 1 to 13 or 12, then pretty sure you've solved this. I'm pretty sure you learned this in 1 first grade. I learned this when I was 6 so pretty sure you could've known this already, unless ur just an 8 year old, then sure you're ok with me Earn +20 pts
