I don't know what you mean by a cubic tonne - a tonne is a measure of mass/weight and it makes no sense to give it two or more dimensions, unlike a length (which has one dimension), an area (which has two dimensions, and for a rectangle is a length times another length to give a square unit), or a volume (which has three dimensions, and for a cuboid is a length times another length times another length to give a cubic unit).
Density is in a mass unit divided by a cubic unit, eg it could have units of "tonnes per cubic metre".

Assuming you meant:
What is 200000 tonnes in pounds, then:
1 kg ≈ 2.205 lb
1 tonne = 1000 kg ≈ 1000 × 2.205 lb = 2205 lb
→ 200,000 tonnes ≈ 200,000 × 2205 lb = 441,000,000 lb
200 000 pounds2000 pounds = 1 short ton220,460 pounds if you are looking for metric pounds then the answer is: 200000
The density of N2 is .001251 grams per cubic centimeter. This is equal to 10.8 kilograms, which is equal to 23.81 pounds.

Depending on type of compost, density and moisture content 1 cubic foot of compost will weigh about 10 to 11 pounds.
Knowing that 1 cubic foot is pretty much equal to 100 pounds or 0.05 ton, 1 ton of gravel is around 20 cubic feet.
Eight tonnes is equal to 17,640 pounds.
6.3 tonnes is equivalent to 6300 kilograms.
0.05 tonnes is equal to 110.2 pounds.
0.17 tonnes.
2 metric tonnes = 4409 pounds, approx.
3.842 tonnes (metric tons) is a weight equal to 8,470 pounds or 4.24 US tons.
6000 pounds is equal to 3 tons.
15 tons is equal to 30,000 pounds.
3000 pounds = 1.36077711 tonnes
1.5 tonnes equates to 3,306.9 pounds.
2000 pounds per short ton 2,240 pounds per long ton 2,204.6 pounds per metric ton 8000 pounds per 4 short tonnes 8960 pounds per 4 long tonnes 8818.4 pounds per 4 metric tonnes
You need 5,511.66 "60 pounds" to equal 150 tonnes.
