If the shape is a trapezium (and that is a very doubtful assumption based on very inadequate information), the area is 0.5*(5+10)*6 = 45 square feet
A circular shape, with a radius of 91 feet ahs an area of pi*912 = 26,016 sq feet, approx.
Any reason why it shouldn't be 220, apart from the shape of the area?

"Square feet" is a unit of area measurement; "feet" is a unit of linear measurement. A square piece of land measuring 1 foot by 1 foot has an area of 1 square foot. (1 foot times 1 foot = 1 x 1 foot2 = 1 foot squared, or 1 square foot.) For larger square or rectangular pieces of land, multiplying the length in feet times the width in feet will tell you how many 1' x 1' squares of land there are, which is the number of square feet of land. Example: A residential house lot, rectangular in shape, measuring 40' across the front and 60' front to back, has an area of 40' x 60' = (40 x 60) ft2 = 2400 square feet. An acre of land contains 43,560 square feet. If that acre were square in shape, it would measure 208.71 feet on a side.
You can't. A foot is a measure of length, a square foot is a measure of area. If you are asking how to find an area, search for "area of ______" then put in what shape you want the area of, like a square, circle, etc. -- you actually need two measurements to get the answer. "How do you convert the size of my rectangle shaped back yard (that is 100 feet long by 50 feet wide) to square feet?" The answer would be what is 100' x 50'. Or 5000 feet2
it's not an amount of feet. a square foot is a square, that is a foot by a foot. A foot is a unit of measurement. A square foot is also a unit of measurement. Whenever you measure a length, such as with a tape measure, you are measuring in feet. If you are measuring the area of a shape, you are measuring in square feet.
A foot is a measure of distance. A square foot is a measure of area. They don't translate. You might want to know the dimensions of an area that is 3291 square feet but without knowing the shape, there's no way to know for sure.

Assuming that sauare is your fail at spelling square, the area of a shape does not provide enough information about its dimensions. The area in question could be 10 feet * 250 feet or 1 foot * 2500 feet or even 0.001 ft x 2500000 ft.
Any reason why it shouldn't be 220, apart from the shape of the area?
There is no way to convert between feet (length) and square feet (area). A square foot is a measure of area while feet are a measure of distance. The two measure different things. To get square footage, you have to have a length in feet and a width in feet.
Unless you have injured your feet, then hot feet may point to diabetes. If you do not have diabetes, and there is no obvious reason for your discomfort, you should get checked out at your doctor.

15 foot by 15 foot is an area of 225 square feet.
Finding area involves finding how many square units will fit in the shape. If it is a rectangle, then the length times the width will give you the number of square units that will fit in the shape, (e.g., a 4 foot wide by 8 foot long rectangle would fit 32 square feet in the shape).
