Mankind has not yet viewed all of the universe to set scales of size. However, the largest structure in the universe "known" to man would be the "Sloan Great Wall" which is a giant line of galaxies, 1.37 billion light-years in length, located approximately one billion light-years from Earth.

Among the larger individual structures are the collections of "Lyman alpha blobs", which are filaments of galaxies aligned around bubble-like voids, and can be up to 200 million light-years in length. They are thought to have formed about 2 billion years after the beginning of the universe. The galaxies within one structure are packed together four times closer than elsewhere in the universe.

I'm not sure this is correct

The biggest thing ever is the universe itself, which contains billions of galaxies, each containing billions of stars and planets.

In all of space the biggest thing ever discovered is the "Sloan Great Wall. Not a lot of people know about it so it might be difficult to find information on it.

Hope this helped!
