Ezra2D and 3D refer to the actual dimensions in a computer's workspace. 2D is 'flat', using the X & Y (horizontal and vertical) axis', the image has only two dimensions and if turned to the side becomes a line. 3D adds the 'Z' dimension. This third dimension allows for rotation and depth. It's essentially the difference between a painting and a sculpture.

I don't think the Egyptian art is 2d. It seems 2d but its actually more 3d! I know this maybe hard to believe but try looking at the art as if its 3d and it has a vanishing point. Then you may see what I'm talking about, its pretty deep. being under the influence helps to prove this point and I'm trying not to encourage this but I'm being real. I'm wondering now why is there art 3d. Mushrooms or LSD will prove this point.
