Jetsetter it both the "fastest" and the slowest vehicle in mkwii. It's speed stat is the highest however it's drift stat is low so you will just crash into a wall or fall off. I think because of it's high mini turbo stat the flame flyer while snaking will be saster than jettsetter with it's low mini turbo so snaking is less effective. If you really want speed use a bike, as the ability to wheelie boosts your speed by a ton. The fastest bikes are the spear and sneakster. And they are best on courses without manny turns. The flame runner and mach bike are generally regarded as the best because they are almost as fast as the two i previously mentioned but have mich higher drift stat and are the best on most courses. For realy tight turns you may want the bullet bike. Its almost as fast as mach bike and flame runner and has insanely high drift. But it's low weight stat means it gets pushed off the track a lot. Also Magicruiser and Dolphin Dasher are the best on tracks with a lot of offroad like sherbet land and shy guy beach. For karts the best on a lot of courses is flame flyer, for ones with more turns the Wild Wing, which is often regarded as the best kart overall. For realy tight courses the mini beast. But its low weight is its weakness. Also the Honey Coupe has about as much drift as the wild wing, but less speed, meaning it's not very viable in time trials, however online it makes up for it with it's weight and small hitbox for a kart. Bikes are usually better than karts, but if you want to use karts go ahead. I use karts and would say im pretty good at the game.
