divide 230 by lowest prime possible (2) gives 115, divide 115 by lowest prime possible (5) gives 23, 23 is itself a prime so prime factors of 230 are

2, 5, and 23

32 is even so it is divisible by 2. If you keep dividing it by 2 you will find that 32 is 2 to the 5th power, i.e. 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2. That's the answer.
