I have found a similar question (via a web search) asking about probabilities with the given data, but nothing about a venn diagram so I have rewritten the question to best represent the original truncated statement with a question word stuffed on the front which was done instead of thinking about the problem, summarising the original facts and creating a proper question from them (in 200 characters or less).

Summing the various attributes there are 3 qualified Accountants + 4 graduates + 2 neither = 9 candidates.
But there are 8 candidates so there is 1 candidate who is both a qualified accountant and a graduate.
The diagram will consist of a rectangle representing the "universe" of 8 candidates. Inside will be 2 overlapping circles, one for qualified accountants and the second for graduates. The numbers 2, 2, 1, 3 will be placed in the diagram: 2 inside the rectangle, outside both circles, 2 inside the qualified accountant only section of that circle, 1 inside the overlap of the two circles and 3 inside the graduate only section of that circle.
If 3 are qualified accountants, 4 are graduates and two have neither qualification then how can they be equal candidates?
