A rectangle is not a square because a square is a shape with 4 equal sides that are parallel, however a square is a rectangle because a rectangle is a shape with 2 pairs of parallel lines, which a square has.
It is called a parallelogram. or a square........ or a rectangle.........

a regular square!

Four parallel lines would not correspond to any of the commonly taught shapes. Two pairs of parallel lines would be characteristic of the square, rhombus, rectangle, and parallelogram
A square "corner" is 90 degrees, (assuming you meant 90 degrees, not 90 angles), and has parallel lines, thus, it must be a parallelogram! A parallelogram that has right angles, is a rectangle. Technically, all that is needed to know is 4 right angles, since all right angles implicate parallel lines and 90 degree angles.
