Let one number be y, the other number is (73 - y)

Also (y) x (73-y) = 210

That is (73y) - (y x y) = 210 and so

Transposing we get

(y squared) -73y + 210 = 0

(y squared) - 70y - 3y + 210 = 0

y(y - 70) -3(y - 70) = 0

(y-3) x (y - 70) = 0

So either (y-3) = 0 or (y-70) = 0

Let's say y - 3 = 0, then y = 3 and since the other number is 73 - y, it is 70

We can also let y - 70 = 0 and we get the same two numbers
