His favourite colour is unknown to me , but he published a Treatise/text on 'Optics' in which he demonstrated the splitting of white light in the seven colours of the rainbow, using a dark room , pin hole light and a triangular prism.

In my opinion, when Isaac was studying optics he was memorized by the color blue in the rainbow as if the color blue was almost the same color as white which was from the while ray of light.
