CO levels are not measured in feet and so you will not find such standard feet anywhere.

As far as I am aware, CO is not a unit of measure.
Jim McElya is the chairman and the CEO of Cooper Standard Co.
You do not. A foot is a measure of distance while a square metre is a measure of area. The two measure different things and according to basic dimensional analysis conversion from one to the other is not a valid operation.
Peoples feet come in various sizes (just look in a shoe shop) and thus if we each measured foot lengths using our own feet we would all come up with different absolute lengths and nothing we wanted to do co-operatively would ever fit together.
This is a question for your co-op board: there is no standard.
Yes, it is. You need to co-ordinate your hands and your feet.
High CO levels can increase the formation of nitrogen oxides (NOx) through reactions with nitrogen in the atmosphere. This leads to increased NOx levels in the air. However, if CO concentrations are high enough, the combustion process in engines can be inefficient, leading to incomplete combustion and higher CO emissions.
Like anything else, that would depend upon where you measure the sound, among other variables. Many devices are calibrated according to how "loud" it is when measured 3 meters (10 feet) away, with standard temperature and pressure, in ordinary air. The UL standard for CO and residential smoke alarms is a minimum of 85 decibels at 10 feet. If they are installed in a hallway, with carpeting on the floors, bedroom doors closed, and ordinary air seal around the door (i.e., not thoroughly insulated), this may not be enough to waken someone inside the room, in which case an additional alarm (or other alarm annunciator) should be installed inside the bedroom.
Aurora, CO has an elevation of approximately 5,431 feet (1,655 meters) above sea level.

Dead Space 3 does have an online co-op mode for campaign. It also includes 3 co-op exclusive levels.
