Usually you can't, because it's less than 1. If I HAVE to write it, I would write 013/20.

If the negative number is bigger, you get a negative number as an answer. If the positive number is bigger, you get a positive number as an answer.

Switch the two numbers round then take away the smaller number from the bigger one: 67-76 76- 67= 09 09-90 90- 09= 81 etc

That answer is not correct... To receive the size of the diameter you multiply the first number by .013 & then add .06". So, the math is as follows: 10*.013+.06= .19" Major Diameter. I'm not quite sure why the numbers .013 and .06 are used, but i will research this.
