Time "began" with the Big Bang, so the oldest temperatures would have been temperatures nearest to the Big Bang. The Big Bang was followed by a period of extremely high temperatures which then fell to current levels. The higher the temperature, the nearer it was to the Big Bang and therefore older. Of the numbers on offer, -7.3 is the oldest.


As mentioned by Eric Barnes, below, the COLDEST temperature is -7.42.
