Tampons have multiple negative effects on vaginal hygiene and health: prevent vaginal cleaning, effect vaginal pH making the vagina more favourable to harmful bacteria, give bacteria the perfect place to multiply, dry-out vaginal tissues causing tears that allow bacterial toxins into the bloodstream, and many tampons contain potentially harmful ingredients too.
The longer you leave tampons the longer you allow bacteria to multiply while preventing the vagina from cleaning-out that bacteria, remember too that bacteria multiply exponentially so a few hours over the recommended 4-6 hours can make a big difference. If you can go over 4-6 hours without leaking it would also mean you're using too high an absorbency, so increased vaginal tearing. Basically the longer you leave a tampon the higher the risk of infections and Toxic shock syndrome.
You need to change them regularly during the day. No more than 2-3 hours at a time or else you can get sick through a bacterial infection.
Tampons need to be changed at least every 4-6 hours. If the tampon leaks before that time then change sooner - if the tampon leaks within 1-2 hours then you may want to consider using the next absorbency up. Remember to change absorbency as your flow changes, if at 4-6 hours your tampon isn't saturated with blood use lower absorbency or pads.
Yes, you can wear a tampon after urinating. Everyone urinates at some point, and urine comes out of your urethra not your vagina, so I'm not sure why you would think that you'd not be abel to wear a tampon after urinating.
You need to weAR A tampon. Or if your not sure if a tampon will protect you fully, wear a panty liner.

You cannot do this, it would be embarrassing for you, so wear a tampon, or stay out of the pool.

Yes, you can wear a tampon while taking doxycycline, no matter the reason you're taking it. Even if you are being treated for chlamydia, wearing a tampon will not affect the treatment.
You do NOT need to take out your tampon when you swim or go to the restroom. Doctors advise you not to wear them to bed because of the length of time you are asleep. I hope that helped!! If you sleep for more than 8 hours you should wear a pad instead. Otherwise it is ok to wear a tampon.
You can, but you must wear a tampon.
