Most refrigerator/freezers are plugged into a kitchen receptacle on a 20 amp circuit. If you have something bigger you may find the information you need on the nameplate, which is usually a metal plate attached to the appliance in a non conspicuous location (back or underneath) with important electrical information.

∙ 12y agoThe weight of a fridge freezer can vary depending on its size and features, but on average, they typically weigh between 200-300 pounds. It's always a good idea to check the product specifications or manual for the exact weight of a specific model.

Low condensing pressure in a refrigeration system usually indicates a problem with the system such as insufficient air flow over the condenser, low refrigerant charge, or a malfunctioning condenser fan. This can lead to reduced cooling capacity, higher energy consumption, and potential damage to the compressor. It is important to address the issue promptly to prevent further damage to the system.
A refrigerator or freezer is a good starting point. If using a fridge, make sure it's in a container that won't leak. If using the freezer, a vacuum sealed bag with several layers of plastic in it's makeup is best.
It it similar to the freezer on a fridge in that it is usually used to store food. However, it is different in that it is usually much larger, and operates at a lower temperature, so as to store food longer.
7 days after purchase & 2 months in the freezer.
When Freezers were smaller, they were at the Top. When they got larger, say 1/3 to 1/2 the size of the total Cubic Ft capacity, they moved to the bottom. The why is a matter of Industrial Design Factors. It is anticipated that the freezer is less used (gone into) than the Fresh food compartment. Therefore it is more convenient to have the Freezer on the bottom, where bending over is required. The Side by Side design solved the problem of ease of access to either compartment.
Anything put in the freezer should last a long time, but it probably should not be frozen or used longer than a year.
That is a very good point, however I am informed that a friends sister has one - we just can't remember what brand of fridge it is...maybe an Amana.GE Profiles do as well. And while many do, many certainly don't. I think the reason is that the freezer is a relatively small compartment, and most things in it are wrapped anyway -- they are pretty easy to see and there's not a lot of color or detail required. Also, its just a matter of need. You don't go to the freezer in the middle of the night, but you do to the fridge hence the light coming on..not many people turn the lights on to grab a drink..fridge manufacturers jumped on this and used it to their advantage! But on the other hand, you might need to get ice, what if you stub your toe? Then you would need a light in the freezer!!!! :D
