You can work for 20 Hours aweek during study visa in US
i was applying my student visa last week inpersonal but the decision still pending....how many days i will get the response....
A student is only allowed to work a max of 20hrs a week in university employment (i.e. cafeteria worker, lab assistant, researcher, etc...). Private employment of any kind is prohibited- whether it takes place during the week or weekends. The one exception is that a student can have a private job if the student can show unforeseeable extreme financial need.
Yes, you can apply for asylum in the UK even if you entered the country legally with a visa, as long as you do so within a reasonable timeframe after realizing you need protection. It's important to apply as soon as possible, ideally within days or weeks of your arrival, to strengthen your case. However, your eligibility for asylum will be assessed based on the circumstances and reasons for your application. Always consider seeking legal advice to navigate the process effectively.
That's optional, what's important is a passport and a working permit to work abroad.
