Well from what I have learnt. You can find out by doing an experiment. Add 100 cm3 of sand to a measuring cylinder then add 100 cm3 of water. Shake it up and measure the solution with the cylinder. To find the air percentage just put the result over 200 and divide it by 100% and that's your air percentage.
I'm not sure how accurate this is but bear in mind I'm just an 11th grader trying to get through Biology. Hope this helped.

The term "mean" is another way of saying "average." In order to calculate a mean percentage score, you must add together all the percentages, and divide the total by the amount of percentage scores being used.
actual budget/budget = variance%
Sand is solid. What precentages are we talking about? :D
The efficiency of an air dryer can be calculated by measuring the difference in the water content of the air before and after passing through the dryer, and then dividing this by the initial water content to get a percentage. The efficiency is typically expressed as the percentage of water removed from the air.
When sand and stone are already mixed, the formula will depend on the specific proportions of sand and stone in the mixture. Generally, you can calculate the percentage of sand and stone in the mix by dividing the weight of each component by the total weight of the mixture. This can help you determine the ratio or proportion of sand to stone in the mix.
rock + water= sand

To find the moisture content using a sand cone method, you weigh the sand cone before and after filling it with soil, then calculate the weight of the soil added. After drying the soil sample, weigh it again to find its dry weight. From these weights, you can calculate the moisture content as a percentage of the water content in the soil.
I think you mean why does hot sand heat the air by convection... The sand is heated by the sun, and the air is touching the sand, which is hot, so by convection, the sand is heating the air.

Moisture content in sand can be determined by taking a sample, drying it in an oven, and then weighing it before and after to calculate the difference in weight. The moisture content is expressed as a percentage of the weight of water compared to the dry weight of the sample.
One can calculate the percentage of fat there is in their body by using the Body Fat Percentage Calculator provided by Healthy Forms which lets you calculate the percentage of fat in your body.
About 20 percent of the land in deserts is covered by sand.
