The main point here is that the Sample Mean can be used to estimate the Population Mean.
What I mean by that is that on average, the Sample Mean is a good estimator of the Population Mean.
There are two reasons for this, the first is that the Bias of the estimator, in this case the Sample Mean, is zero. A Bias other than zero overestimates or underestimates the Population Mean depending on its value.
Bias = Expected value of estimator - mean.
This can be expressed as EX(pheta) - mu (pheta)
As the Sample Mean has an expected value (what value it expects to take on average) of itself then the greek letter mu which stands for the Sample Mean will provide a Bias of 0.
Bias = mu - mu = 0
Secondly as the Variance of the the Sample Mean is mu/(n-1) this leads us to believe that the Variance will fall as we increase the sample size.
Variance is a measure of the dispersion of values collected from the centre of the data. Where the centre of the data is a fixed value equal to the median.
Put Bias and Variance together and you get the Mean Squared Error which is the error associated with using an estimator of the Population Mean.
The formula for Mean Squared Error = Bias^2 + Variance
With our estimator we can see that as the Bias = zero, it has no relevance to the error and as the variance falls as the sample size increases then we can conclude that the error associated with using the sample mean will fall as the sample size increases.
Conclusions:
The Random Sample of public opinon will on average lead to a true representation of the Population Mean and therefore the random samle you have will represnt the public opinion to a fairly high degree of accuracy. Finally, this degree of accuracy will rise incredibly quickly as the sample size rises thus leading to a very accurate representation (on average)
With justice To quite a high degree
Chances are fairly high overall. Killeen has had several weak tornadoes in the past, and a number of strong tornadoes have hit fairly close to the town. The chances of it getting hit at any given time or in any given year, however, are low.
Fairly cheap depending on what you are looking for. Best Buy has several under one hundred dollars.
Random sampling ensures that a bias in the sampled subjects is avoided. It allows for a diverse and fairly chosen sample of the intended population.
Deviation = A full change from the Original (depending on what you're deviating from), while Variation = a change of small or fairly insignificant magnitude from the Original.
The larger the sample, the greater the accuracy, but in every case, the sample must be truly random.
It's obviously not completely accurate. But the more people you include the more accurate it gets. Statisticians choose the sample size to be large enough for a fairly accurate representation.
Amerigo Vespucci was the first cartographer to be able to find a fairly accurate representation of longitude.
Since pi is irrational, there is (by definition) no way to express it as an exact fraction. Even so, many people write it as 22/7, which is a fairly accurate representation. But it is not exact!
"Memory Finders are considered fairly accurate according to multiple online sources. It depends on which type of memory finder you use, and what kind of computer you have. Personally, I have never used one so I cannot give my opinion."
fairly accurate. the protest scene is acted out to be as accurate as possible
Arthrophobia would be fairly accurate.
A cellulite machine is fairly accurate. Although the cellulite machine may not be hundred percent accurate, the cellulite machine is about sixty percent accurate.
This is a very opinionated debate: He may or may not have been, the fairness of his representation throughout history could be debated, and is debated. It is purely a matter of opinion. I personally don't believe he was, but that is only me. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

Fairly in that context means justly. It means they cannot give a true opinion.
