It is quite simple :) In your calculator, Go to L1 and type in the numbers on non athletes. When you do that, go to stat 1 var stat and write down the x bar, n and sx. Next, erase L1 and put in the set of numbers for athletes. Do the same like you did before. once you have both xbar, n and sx, go to stat, calc and two sample T-test. Which ever mean is bigger, you type in those set of numbers first. When you get to the greater than, less than or equal to, base that off of your Alternative Hypothesis meaning which sign you used for it. You will always say no to pooled data unless it tells you in the problem. To find 90% confidence, all your numbers are already in the calculator so all you have to do is go to stat calc and 2sampt-int. Instead of .95 as shown type .90 and hit calculate!
