The mode is the most frequently appearing value in a set of numbers or data points. In the numbers 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 4, 9, 6, 8, and 6, the mode is 6, because it appears more often than any of the other figures.Leolover22
From the number set 1, 2, 3, 4, I can tell that the range is 3, The mean is 2.5, the median is 2.5, yet there is absolutely no mode.
The mean of those seven numbers is (5 + 9 + 6 + 6 + 11 + 8 + 4)/7 = 7 The median of those seven numbers is 6. The mode of those numbers - the only number which appears more than once - is 6.
If all four numbers are the same, there is no standard deviation. The mean will be equal to all 4 numbers, resulting in a 0 standard deviation. Ex) 5,5,5,5
1,3,4,4
4, 6, 7, 7
4, 5, 5, 8.
Mean: 4.25 Median: 4 Mode: 4
the mean is another word for "average". the mode is the number that occurs the most. for example, the mean for the numbers:4,9,8,3,8,4,4,8,4 is 48.4. the mode is 4 because it occurs the most.
The mode is the most common number in a list of numbers. If two numbers are tied then there is two modes. If there is no number occurring the most then there is 'no mode'. The mean of a set of numbers is found by adding up all the numbers and then dividing by how many number there are. E.g consider the set of numbers: 4, 5, 5, 10. The mode is the most common number which is 5. The mean is found by (4 + 5 + 5 + 10) / 4 = 24/4 = 6.
The mean of 6 is 6. It cannot be four numbers.
I suppose many numbers do, but the answer I came up with was: 2,3,3,5,7
If any other number (1 or 5, for example) was a possible outcome, then the mode consists of all four numbers, 2, 3, 4 and 6 since these appear more often that the ones that did not appear at all. If the four numbers are the only possible outcomes, then there is no mode.

If you mean for math terms. Mode is the most for example. If u have a set of numbers like: 6, 10, 4, 4, 2, 7, 4, 9, 6 the mode means the most one.number is shown. 4 is the the number that is the most shown.
