The correct answer would surely be 5444 if I'm not mistaken.

all the hundreds, tens and units are below 5 so they will not round the number after them up (otherwise it will be 5455 or something) and then that makes the 4 in the hundredths to round up to 5 which then causes the thousandths (the 5) to round up to 6.
