Why= it gets your opinion on things such as cars, laptops, toys, and the like. After you have completed the survey they send the opinions to official companies such as Chevy or hp. After they read the surveys they determine the overall opinions and make improvements to their products

How= These official companies pay people and the survey sites to allow people to take these surveys. In return the companies send people money, prizes, or "beta" products for them to try and keep.
