∙ 14y agoThat depends on what plastic and the size and thickness of the glass window.
If it is a foam plastic "nerf" ball than the chance is VERY low (for any window). If the ball is an inflated tough plastic (similar to a leather football) and the window is big enough but not too big and thin enough then the probability is GREAT, if the ball is thrown/kicked hard.
There are just too many variables in the question to give a one word (number) answer!
