With a pond this big, there is usually a reason it is where it is. The contour of the land is usually the deciding factor. It could probably be made bigger or smaller but probably not moved. A new pond could possible be located somewhere else on the property and this water pumped to it, but again, the land contour would decide. Current pond may also be spring fed and a new one would not be.
