You don't. Latitudes and longitudes are angles, whereas meters are used
to describe lengths and distances.
There are methods to calculate the distance between one latitude/longitude and
another. They're straightforward and not 'difficult', but they're far too complex to
describe here, and are almost always done with calculators or computers nowadays.
What do you want to convert that to? To convert to millimeters, multiply by 10. To convert to meters, divide by 100.
To convert inches to meters, divide by 39.37 since 1 inch is equal to 0.0254 meters. Thus, a 25-inch welding rod is approximately 0.635 meters long.

You can't convert between a number without a unit, to a unit.
A line of a million centimeter cubes would be 10,000 meters long when converted into meters, as there are 100 centimeters in a meter.
There are 500 centimeters in a stick that is 5 meters long. This can be calculated by multiplying the length in meters by 100 to convert it to centimeters.
To convert meters to micrometers, you multiply by 1,000,000. So, 0.056915 meters is equal to 56,915 micrometers.
