I wouldn't really put any sheep with horses for two reasons. Horses are known to trample sheep and breaking their legs or kill them. And Sheep like to eat the grass by taking grass, roots and all... leaving very little grass for the horse. Now a cow I wouldn't really worry about unless the horse and cow don't get along.
