How would anyone know this, or even take the time to figure this out?

Another contributor answered all three questions:
1). Some people know it, others don't. Of the ones who don't know it, some know
how to find out, others don't. Often, the ones who don't know how to find it will
log in and post the question on WikiAnswers, in hopes that somebody here will
either know the answer, or will know how to find it, and will be willing to put out
the small effort to find the answer and give it to them.
2). It's not possible to "figure it out". What you have to do is consult a reference
that lists that kind of data.
