About the same animals that are there today, bald eagles, ducks, rabbits, deer, racoons, opossim, the usual collection of snakes, turkeys, quail, dove, an occasional puma, skunks, bob cats, maybe a feral hog or two. Two changes I can think of there are most likely fewer black bear now than then and the armadillo has moved into Tennessee.

In prehistoric times creatures that lived in Tennessee?

About 10,000 years ago, animals like Columbian mammoths, mastodons, bison, giant beavers, American lions, American cheetahs (although they aren't true cheetahs), Smilodon (the most famous kind of saber toothed cat), and even Dire wolves and flat faced bears, as well as modern animals, lived in Tennessee. During the late Cretaceous, about 90 to 70 million years ago, Tennessee was submerged under the warm and shallow Western Interior Seaway. Here, animals like Ginsu sharks, plesiosaurs, mosasaurs (huge, carnivorous, marine lizards), huge turtles called Archelon, and even Hesperornis (a fully aquatic bird), lived there.
